I was introduced to Melinda as I was very unhappy with the way our property was being managed at the time by a different agency. I was in need of advice and Melinda provided this unconditionally. I doing so, perhaps unknown to her, she provided much needed support during a very stressful period. Her professional conduct and knowledge clearly reflected her experience in the industry, a stark difference to what I was dealing with at the time. Her professionalism was further evident as at no time did she pass any personal judgement against the other agency. She took the time to listen and research information to help me to try to resolve the issue with the previous agency. She did all she could to help me in my situation.
